These Terms govern the use of minutatecnocultural.com.br and the Minuta platform waitlist, operated by Minuta Serviços de Inteligência e RH Inova Simples (I.S.), Brazilian company registration (CNPJ) 69.593.070/0001-05, headquartered at Rua Eugênio Flor, 790 – Abranches, Curitiba – PR, CEP 82130-290, Brazil ("Minuta", "we"). By browsing the website or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. The Portuguese version is available at /termos and prevails in case of conflict.

1. About the website

The website presents Minuta, an HR software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform in pre-launch. Features, images and descriptions shown are illustrative and may change before and after launch.

2. Waitlist

• Joining is free and creates no purchase obligation for you and no supply obligation for Minuta.
• Joining does not guarantee access to the platform, a release date, price or specific terms. Access is opened gradually, at Minuta's discretion.
• You agree to provide true information about yourself. Do not register other people's data without their permission.
• By joining, you authorize contact by email, phone and WhatsApp about Minuta, as described in the Privacy Policy, and may cancel at any time.
• Use of the platform itself, once available, will be governed by a separate agreement presented before purchase.

3. Acceptable use

When using the website, you must not:

• Submit false data, illegal or offensive content, or malicious code;
• Attempt to access restricted areas, overload or interfere with the website;
• Use bots for mass sign-ups or scrape the website for commercial purposes.

4. Intellectual property

The Minuta brand, logo, texts, layout and software belong to Minuta or its licensors and are protected by Brazilian Laws No. 9,279/1996, 9,609/1998 and 9,610/1998. Copying, reproducing or using this content without written permission is not allowed.

5. Liability

We work to keep the website online and accurate, but it is provided "as is". Minuta is not liable for temporary unavailability, for decisions made solely on the website's informational content, or for the content of third-party websites linked from it, such as Google Maps.

6. Changes

We may change these Terms at any time. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the update date at the top.

7. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of Curitiba, PR, Brazil, are elected to settle any dispute, without prejudice to consumers' right to sue in their own domicile.
