Minuta was founded in Curitiba, Brazil, in 2026, with a simple idea: HR at small and mid-sized companies deserves the same technology large enterprises use, without their complexity or price tag.
We are an HR tech startup, incorporated as a Brazilian Simple Innovation Company (Empresa Simples de Inovação), that develops and licenses its own software. We bring together people who have lived HR's day-to-day with people who build artificial intelligence products, to create an HR SaaS that solves what really takes time: hiring, onboarding, tracking working hours and developing people.
